Cancellation Policy:

• Your Scheduled appointment is reserved just for you. We ask for 48 hour notice for cancellation. This applies to rescheduling your appointment to a different date as well.

• You must call or talk with your stylist 48 hours before your service to cancel. Texting our automated system will not work, we unfortunately do not receive the messages.

• No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. You will not be rebooked until payment is made.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled under 48 hours of your appointment be charged 50% of booked service price.

• All new clients booking a chemical service (color, highlight, Bayalage, keratin treatment) maybe require a non refundable deposit of $100 at the time of booking to hold their appointment. The deposit will go to the final service price and will transfer with a rescheduled appointment up to three times.
